How to Promote Library News, Events & Exhibits

Email an image (must include all text) to ricgraphicstv@gmail.com and CC Kristen Salemi

• Images are currently: 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Include when you'd like the image up and down by.

You'll probably want to check the signs to ensure your image has been shared and/or removed on time.

A few notes - no real system ideas yet:

• Department chairs and department secretaries can share flyers on tables and bulletin boards, but often cannot print in color.
• Email Allison Glasier in Res Life to post flyers in the dorms 
• Offices in Student Success are often willing to post/share:
  • Unity Center
  • L4L
  • OASIS
