You can copy and paste a citation from a Journal Article into Google Scholar to quickly find the full text PDF. (Make sure you setup Google Scholar to connect into RIC Library Databases at bottom of page)
Example:
Look at "Cited by" at the bottom of an article in Google Scholar.

Search for an article
Click on the quotation marks " below the article
You will pull up the article citation in a variety of styles.
