CEP 509: Professional Orientation and Ethical Practices

Explain how the law impacts (positively & negatively) the counseling process;

Include an example to demonstrate your understanding of the relationship between the law and the practice of counseling as related to your area of research.  This could be a court case.

Provide an example of how the law(s), the governmental regulation(s) applicable codes of ethics, and your own sense of personal morality may come into conflict. Explain how you would reconcile those differences.
