Out-of-state RIC students can get a library card through the Providence Public Library.
To get a library card go to the Providence Public Library with:
- Proof that you are a RI student: student ID, course schedule, bill.
- Photo ID: driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.
Library cards from the Providence Public Library are also Ocean State Library cards and can be used at any Ocean State Library.
