RIC students who are Rhode Island residents can get a library card at their hometown library and use it at any of the 50 Ocean State Libraries or to order materials through the library system.
Library cards from either the Providence Public Library or the Providence Community Libraries are also Ocean State Library cards and can be used at any Ocean State Library.
