  • physical activity,

  • healthy eating 

  • getting screened for cancers as recommended

  • safe sex practices

  • getting (oneself or children) vaccinated

  • adequate sleep

  • seeking mental health support

  • giving up tobacco and other substances use

  • wearing seat belts, etc.
