Improving Care Management through Interdisciplinary Huddles

"Staff at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital have implemented interdisciplinary huddles in an attempt to provide care in a timely manner. The huddles are held daily and usually involve the nurse, the charge nurse, physical therapy, case management, social worker, dietitian, and a pharmacist."
