Academic Search Complete is good for a for a broad interdisciplinary selection of articles. More specialized article databases are listed below.
A keyword search in Academic Search Complete on "race" and "neighborhood" brings up over 3000 articles, many unrelated to the role of race relations in neighborhoods. Another search selecting the subject terms (SU) "race relations" and "neighborhoods" brings up only relevant articles. Note below that the subject terms Race relations and Neighborhoods are displayed under the articles. Using subject terms filters out articles that are not really about the keywords or phrases in the search.
