You can auto-reduce an image to automatically fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet by selecting the Auto Reduce / Englarge Button on the Copy screen.
You can also manually reduce or enlarge an image by clicking the Reduce / Enlarge Button in the lower right corner of the screen.
